I'd taken it in the past and had developed slightly elevated blood pressure, and if I get the dose up too high (recommended dose) I get headaches. So this time, I'm going slow. I started out with 150 mgs. 1x per day, and have now gone up to 150mgs. 2x per day, with no headache increases. Last winter, I started taking Sam-e with great results. Unfortunately, that stopped about in August, and I also noticed I was starting to not feeling very well, so I discontinued Sam-E. The depression came back with a vengeance!

I even contemplated going back on something prescripted. I had taken Zoloft previously, but walked around like a Zombie when I got up to the recommended dose. My problem is that with most meds (and I'm assuming natural remedies as well) recommended, standard doses, are too high.

I've read how you take all of your doses at once, at night. I may try this, since the worst part of my day is first thing in the morning.

A friend sent me the link to your site, and I would like to say, that you have done a terrific job with it.

The start of my depression was 4 years ago when I took a drug, lupron, for the treatment of endometriosis. I also developed other health problems from this drug, that are now loosely diagnosed as fibromialgia. So I am very, very careful with drugs and much prefer natural remedies.
