Hello
I just wanted to post my experience of rhodiola. For the past three and a half weeks been taking this herb for my social anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue and a whole host of other symptoms that go along with these problems. I am currently taking 100mg of new chapters rhodiolaforce100.
<O:p</O:p
Days one to two- a wonderful buzz not manic but a complete reversal of all my issues, I became very pro social and motivated and looking forward to each day.
<O:p</O:p
Days three to twelve- a horrid constant anxiety the same as when i took citalopram.
</O:p
Days twelve to present- normality waking up and feeling normal I feel like I am ready to face the day, still mildly anxious sometimes although this is very minor compared with before starting the pills. A big increase in energy levels and confidence have become motivated to tackle my SA and have been ringing people and have met up with a couple of people I have avoided for a long time. Not worring about the past and looking to the future and taking each day as it comes.
<O:p</O:p
I have however starting developing headaches in the past two days does any one know if this is connected (my wisdom teeth are coming through also). Also does any one what is the clear info for cycling with rhodiola, I have read two weeks cycling after six months, four months, six weeks and also four weeks. Please any help would be greatly appreciated. In all im very impressed with this herb so far.<O:p</O:p
