finished 2nd week

Well, completed my 2nd week on RR. No real difference. I am thinking of increasing the dose to 3 pills/day. I've heard on this forum that it may be too much and some people got headaches but 500mg is not doing anything for me so i'll up it and see what happens. Any ideas/suggestions about my idea????
If it still doesn't help, I think I'll stop and wait for my appt with the doctor. We'll see, I'll keep you guys posted if you care. thanks, hopeful
