I felt different (better) within a couple of days and also very weird - my doctor persuaded me to stay with it and that the strange symptoms would subside (they did after a few days). Symptoms included a continuous headache, racing heart and sweating, pressure in my head and vivid dreams.
My mood lifted considerably and stayed lifted, though without the dramatic, obvious difference I first noticed. Now it feels like I'm different in unexpected ways - SJW seems to be subtle and not like the "sledge-hammer" some drugs can be - I feel more vulnerable in some ways, depression being a shield sometimes. But I noticed I could plan and look forward to things, and just generally feel more "ordinary" around people, not so freaked. Hope this info is of some use to people just starting on SJW.
Love, Syd.

I just started a few days ago with only 1 pill a day. So far it has helped calm me down a great deal. My moodiness is gone and the small things that normally pissed me off before, I am ok with. It feels great. I am only taking a small dosage to begin with and it seems to be doing well for me. I will stick with 1 a day and I hope that it will be enough. Glad that it is working well for you too!
