Need Help

I have been wanting to try RR for a while to help with cluster headaches, depression and fatique. I ordered some but recieved a bag containing a redish brown powder. It says it is 5:1 5grams. I can't seem to find any info on dosage with powder. Does anyone know how to take this stuff and how muchI should take?

This seems very suspicious. usually RR comes in capsules in a bottle with instructions. send it back and get your money back if you ask me!! i wouldn't trust this stuff. get a known brand like now, solaray, nature's way etc. all the ordering sites show pictures and have info about ingredients and dosage. good luck! hopeful
