1st day on RR

i just started taking RR today. don't feel anything different yet, no surprise there. did it really work the 1st day for anybody or does it take couple of weeks to kick in? anyway, I am gonna try it for at least 2 weeks probably a month. we'll see how it goes. wish me luck. I'll keep you posted.
