Hi,
I am new to the forum. I started taking sjw 6 weeks ago after seeing my doctor. I feel like I have been angry/irritated much of my life. She said that irritability is a symptom of depression and suggested a drug but I wanted to try something herbal first so she mentioned sjw. After reading posts on here, I started with 2 a day for the first 5 weeks and didn't notice any difference. Then, 10 days ago I added the third pill. How long do you think it will take to notice any results? I am not taking a cheapo brand but one that I've seen mentioned on here that is available in my area. I'm wondering if I should try 5-HTP or Rhodolia next.
