Hey everyone, I've been looking over these threads over the past few years and figured I would join.
While I'm not taking St.John's Wort at the current moment, the time that I did I had some impressive results. Although I was taking 1800mg, there was few, if any, negative side effects with noticeable improvement in general mood and disposition.
However, I am now taking 30mg of Remeron, mainly for sleep issues, along with 54mg of Concerta for attention issues. Although overall it's a fairly effective combo, there are still issues with depression. While the Remeron has improved my quality of life substantially through allowing me to have fairly stable and reasonable sleep patterns, it doesn't seem to give the same form of liveliness that SJW gave.
