My name is Brenda and I'm 22 years old. I was diagnosed with Depression when I was eighten. Actually I have an Attachement Disorder which is a form on Depression (I think). Anyways, I did the therapy and antidepressant pills. I don't like the idea of having to have to depend on the pills which have terrible side effects. I also don't like therapists too much. I have not tried the St. John's Wort pills. I am picking some up this afternoon. I am hoping that it helps me like it has helped others.
