Hello,
Right now I'm taking Wellbutrin and Lexapro. I'm excited to try the 5htp and to stop the presc. meds.
I stopped taking them a few weeks ago to try SJW, but it wasn't doing ANYTHING for me. I even bought the good brand, KIRA. I know I didn't give it enough time, but I couldn't take another day of feeling down.
ANYWHO... my question... Do I have to be totally of the presc. meds before trying 5htp? I might try the SJW again, but combine it with 5htp.
