I noticed that this wasn't in the sticky and wanted to share it.
5 weeks ago I found this article and stumbled upon this website. Both of these contributed to my decision to finally try SJW. I'm glad I did - SJW has changed me significantly...my daughter has noticed, I'm productive at my job...and reflecting today I realize that I truly have made a HUGE breakthrough after years of what seemed to be a hopeless battle.
I strongly suggest doing your research and doing what's right for you - but I know what finally worked for me...and it wasn't until I sat here and looked back over the past few weeks that I realized that I *am* more balanced and life doesn't seem to be kicking me in the teeth anymore.
