Normally I would feel better after the first days, and start having catastrophic days when I felt more dizzy and depressed than ever. I just recently realized that I was carelessly mixing drugs, (Tyrosine, Phenylanlanine, DHEA) and also abusing coffee, alcohol, cigarettes. Therefore it could be possible that St.Johns wort does produce strange states in combination.
I will therefore try to give up all habits while I take St.Johns Wort (which I know I can if my depression improves), and most importantly use no other drug. I also started regular physical exercise, which I know will help me. Living without caffeine will be a nightmare but I'm sure it plays a role in my depression.
Anyone who thinks my chances actually improved?
