I started sjw 3 days ago.Felt funny the first morning,jittery and some new feeling. I'm taking Spring Valley brand 03% is that a good one it is from Wal-mart? Thanks Norm

Best way to know if it's working is if it works for you. Wal-Mart is known for their low-low-low elcheapo prices but they're not at all known for their quality - especially in their herbal offerings. Works for some people but if it doesn't for you try another brand! :)
