Seattle Sleepless

I’d like to thank you, Kelly, for putting together this incredible resource for all. I found this site while websurfing. After reading some of the posts I was convinced to try SJW.
I’ve been on SJW for four days now. My journal follows ….
Day 1: Took my very first tablet with dinner and felt great immediately! Heart palpitations ceased and I slept like a baby, but woke up at 4 a.m. (as usual). I felt pretty fresh the next morning.
Day 2: Took one with breakfast and felt spacey for the remainder of the day. Skipped the lunch dose and took one an hour before bed. In the middle of the night I had an out-of-body experience. Due to sleep apnea I use CPAP. I thought I got up and attempted to remove the mask from my face. I thought I couldn’t find the snap so it couldn’t be removed. Then I woke up to the fully conscious level and realized I was still laying in bed. Scary! After falling back to sleep I had a nightmare. I was up at 4 a.m. again.
Day 3: Took nothing during the day, one in the evening and another an hour before bed. Fell asleep fine, had another nightmare and again woke up early.
Day 4 (today): Nothing in the morning and had heart palpitations all day long and terrific headaches. Took my first with dinner 30 minutes ago and it feels the first time. Planning to take another at bedtime. I’m thinking, “is this stuff addictive?”
I welcome your feedback and suggestions. Thanks for reading.
Warmly,
