I will be taking SJW soon. The one that I will be taking was from a local chemist in Australia. It is "1800", the brand is "Guardian". Is it a good brand? Does it relieve depression and anxiety? What is "KIRA"? Is it a natural antidepressent?

Hi rainbow,

Is there any more information on the bottle of the brand you bought? You need to find something about % of hypericin (or hypericum, or hyperforins) to know how effective it is. Any brand can work but not all of them do.

Kira is just another brand, but one known to work well. There are many others. You may not be able to find it in Oz but surely there are some good brands there too.
