Confused: I can't delete my post

Is anyone else experiencing difficulty deleting a post of their own on this new board? On the old board, I used to be able to delete a post of my own if I had second thoughts later, but I don't see a link for doing that on the new message board. Maybe I'm overlooking something obvious.

I know there's a limit of 24 hours to edit your own posts, and after that you can't edit them anymore. I can adjust that setting but it seems fine for now. It's probably the same situation for deleting your own posts, I'm not sure. I'll have to login using a test account to verify. As moderator I have more 'features' in my account.

Note that I've moved this thread to the 'site features' area.

The problem with the way it worked in the old forum is that anyone who started a thread could delete the entire thread at anytime - poof - and we'd never know about it. We were only fortunate that most people didn't know this, or at least didn't do this.
