The Brand I Bought and When to Start

Hi,

Great site. I just registered today and have a few questions. If anyone has any answers or input that would be appreciated.

I purchased Webber Naturals SJW but have not begun taking it yet. Has anyone had experience with this brand?

Also, I finished taking Zoloft 4 days ago. My doctor told me that I could start SJW the day after finishing this antidepressant, but I think I would feel safer giving it a bit of space between. I am thinking of giving my body 1 week before starting. Does this sound reasonable?

And lastly, I am 5'1" tall. From what I have been reading here, I think that starting with one a day (300 mg. ea.) for a week or so might be the best approach and then adding a second one and see how I am feeling then, before deciding if I need to take all three.

Jmo. I am no doctor. But I'd say that both your suggestions sound sensible. Personally, I'd never start on 900mg with a brand that I had not used before.
