Probably nothing. Worst case is that they would experience some side-effects or actually feel worse due to too much serotonin. Why on earth would someone do this?

Cause i found out that some body builders take it. It releases 30% more growth hormones the hours after taking it.

I am not clinically depressed, though maybe have a mild, non-clinical tendency to be a bit bipolar. I found SJW on special at a supermarket & started taking 1 tablet (170mg) per day a week or so ago, after breakfast.

Well something certainly happened. I got slightly manic, stopped drifting in life, and have taken up a new demanding project in the arts which is dominating my life. The new project is extremely ambitious, and I am only partly qualified for it without any real track record, which almost makes me wonder whether I have gone over the top. On the other hand if it goes well and I stick to it, the creativity might be very rewarding.

I wonder whether this has anything to do with taking SJW? Possibly not, but it happened to coincide. Any thoughts would be welcome.
