SJW - as a tea instead of capsules?

I'm thinking of starting a SJW therapy. I don’t want to consume extracts or capsules, but would prefer to make a SJW tea and drink that. I was wondering if any one of you has any experience with consuming the SJW this way?<o:p></o:p>
