At first the results were amazing, I was so optomistic, and loving life and wanted to be around people. But after about 2 months, these effects faded, and my moods began to regress. Frustrated, and not to much of a believer in herbal medicines in the first place, I went to my Dr. to get a perscription for Prozac. I can't tell the effects of Prozac yet, but I know SJW wasn't working anymore. Can anyone relate?

What i did not know or understand yet,for myself, this is only experience, i'm not a doctor, but i was going from thrill-seeking because of the former 'numbness' i had felt, to being content...and,well, didn't know what to do with myself. I was so used to doping up on coffee and cigarettes. I still get periods w/out explanation where it doesn't feel like the sjw is working, and I can add extra to the normal dosage i take, doping up, so to say, on sjw, the same way you have to pump your gas pedal when your car stalls. Extra gas. I also have to regulate my sjw with my menstrual cycle, here, sjw has been my miracle drug. There are a lot of days, as a girl, when I take more than recommended, but I take the least after my pms, where I might go as low as one a day or not have to take it for 3 or 4 days because of rising estrogen levels. Fortunatly, with sjw, you can tell easily, if you have taken to much, like if you think you forgot your dosage and take another, the hot flashes and manic feeling are the big red light. I don't take anything else, or illicit stuff, either. Just me. Hope this helps. OOhh! TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR IF YOU TRY TO SWITCH BACK ON HOW TOO!

WISH BEST FOR YOU, KAT
