Topic Title: what to expect over the long term?

I have switched brands several times and I think have finally settled on Flora. It was highly recommended by all of the health food stores in the city where I live in Ontario. I have to say I do have more good days than bad. However, I was just wondering if any of you out there who are longer term users of SJW still have some really bad days particularly with extreme irritability, even when you have been taking SJW for several months or years and have (hopefully) found a fairly reliable brand?
