I am very pleased with the results. I was very hesitant about taking it at first since I doubted that I would see any results from something I could purchase over-the-counter at such a cheap price.<br><br>All of my life I have dealt with depression and after the birth of my daughter I went through a serious episode of postpartum depression which lasted for almost a a year. It was then that I began to take anti-depressants. <br><br>I started with Prozac which made me feel like a zombie and ended up running through the whole lot of the anti-depressant world like some guinnie pig. In just a few month's time I had taken Prozac, Zoloft, Wellbutrin and Paxil. Both the Paxil and the Zoloft had horrible sexual side effects. The Wellbutrin was the one anti-depressants that I took that was actually alright. <br><br>My decision to take SJW was due to a lot of recent stress because of a move, family life, etc. and I can say that it has helped me more than any of the prescription depression meds. Who knows how it works, who cares? Maybe it is all in my head but all I know is that I feel better and that is what's important to me.<br><br>There is one issue that has been bugging me about SJW and that is the dosage. One brand I bought was 300mg and it said to take 2 pills 3 times a day and the brand I bought recently is 300mg but says to take 1 to 3 pills a day. So I wonder what the true dosage is or if it really matters.<br><br>Personally I have been taking it as needed because I can "feel" myself coming down off of it. I start to get tense, anxious and fidgety . . . part of my depression. Usually I take like 4 - 6 of the 300mg pills. Maybe I am taking too much but like I said it is really working for me.<br><br>If you are depressed or are experiencing anxiety then I suggest you give SJW a try!

I use it as a supplement and take 300mg, 3 times a day. Glad to hear it's working for you. I use the WalMart brand.
