I felt great for two weeks. Now, during my fourth week on Perika, I am having my fourth bad day in a row, with terrible nerves and black anxiety. Are these ups and downs normal in the early days? Will it work again or did it quit? It was working wonders!! Should I stick with it?

Lori

Overstocking your body with vitamins can cause tiredness and anxiety just the same as being depleted of them. Maybe the SJW restocked your body to begin with which is why you felt better but for now you do not need it.

Give it a break for a week, see how you feel and take it from there.

You may just be having a setback. Don't worry too much as a setback at least means you've progressed somewhere :) I would say stick with it for a while longer. If the severe anxiety persists for weeks on end then maybe reassess whether it's working for you...
