I have now been taking SJW for about 12 weeks and have definetly been feeling a lot better than I did when I came off Seroxat after taking that for 5 years but I am now slipping back again, I am not a depressed as I was but I am very easily upset and cry at anything, I was wondering if I could increase my doseage.I am taking Natures Aid SJW. extract 500mg providing 1500ug Hypericin. I take two tablets per day one in the mrning and one at night, I have no side effect that I know of but I am definetly slipping back and am considering going back onto Seroxat, Or my wife wants me too, could I possibly take three a day your opinion would be most helpfull. While I can't recommend taking more the "recommended dosage," obviously with a herbal remedy it's completely up to you. 300mg x 0.3% x 3 a day = 2.7mg of hypericum (hypercin) a day.
