I had taken SJW for months in the past and felt really good, but I forgot how you really know it is working. The reason I ask is b/c the brand I am taking did not give me good results in the 5 or so weeks I took it. I didn't feel a whole lot during that time. I took SJW for about 4 months and then stopped for a month and 1/2 and then I started back up again. Anyways, I just bought a new brand b/c I wasn't feeling a lot on "Nature's Resource" and I am worried I won't be able to find another brand that works as well as my first one. Thanks, Tommy

I bought some and didn't notice much. Consumerlabs.com says Nature's Resource is good. But I think what they mean is that Nature's Resource contains .3% hypericum. It doens't mean it works for depression. Nature's Resource says it contains hyperforin, but they don't say how much. I think you should just give your new brand some time. Can you go back to the older brand that used to work for you? If you can't remember, try a brand with standardized hyperforin.

Anyways, what brand do you take? How long have you been on it? I am trying Sundown and we'll see what happens.
