How long does it take to feel better

just started taking RR this morning, I'm wondering how many days it will take to know if it has an effect or not

It depends on whcih brand you are using.... if its a cheap, ineffective brand you might not feel anything at all.

The only brands one should use are "Rosavin Plus" by Ameriden Internation. or "Arctic Root" by Swedish Herbal Institute.

Good supplements are expensive.... but thats why they work.... higher quality ingredients, better extraction techniques, more research etc....

Take Usana for example, alot of people think they are a scam beacause they are so expensive.... but they always land the top score, with a wide margin, in every single study and test.
