Hi Everyone!
I am a very hearty user of health promoting herbs and supplements for enjoyment purposes only and after reading so much about the effects of RR i thought i should use it and see what it does. I usually take Gotu Kola 30mg, Vinpocetine 2mg and Ginkgo 30mg daily with my NOW multivitamin but i also mix and match the herbs on some days. Today when i added the RR to the Gotu and Gink the effect was quite a kickass ride . I felt anxious for a minute but i guess the anti-anxiety effects of GotuKola kicked in ... anxiety changed to a feeling of confidence in a while and after 15 mins the feeling changed to a motivated serenity. Quite a ride i would say... i think i will keep the RR in my preferred MIX!

Well I am a male, 34 years of age, in optimal health, currently doing my PhD in social sciences and have been using standardized good quality herbs for the past 6 years for recreational and mind/intelligence boosting purposes. I would like to share my understanding with you in a nutshell so you can put it to use right away. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Human Brain has 4 main neurotransmitters that can make you feel good or bad, smart or dumb.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Serotonin<o:p></o:p>
Dopamine<o:p></o:p>
Acetylcholine<o:p></o:p>
GABA<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Now people who don’t feel optimal on daily basis need proper exercise, a good sleeping habit, healthy food intake, empowering and uplifting relationships and a lot of safe SEX! ;)
<o:p></o:p>
This way we can keep their neurotransmitters in balance naturally, easily and effectively. Those who can’t create a lifestyle like I mentioned above or have a very slight or severe imbalance in their brain chemistry must take brain health promoting herbs and nutrients in addition to a healthy life style. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
You can also use these herbs, which I am going to mention, for recreation purposes as well, in small amounts or to boost your capabilities to rise up to an occasion. Its also good to know that some people are serotonin type (that’s me), some are dopaminic, others are cholinergic (acetylcholine) type. How this classification affects a person’s personality, choices and motivations, requires a very long discussion so I won’t go into it here. Nevertheless people can’t be labeled as belonging to one type only. Human beings or any other life form works as a whole and so do all the brain chemicals. It’s just that each human has a certain affinity for one type of neurotransmitter in combination with all others which are as important. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Vinpocetine boosts serotonin (natural <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:stockticker>SSRI</st1:stockticker>), balances other neuro transmitters and increases brain metabolism. (I Like this one VERY much)<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Acetyl L Carnitine improves acetylcholine in the brain. (good when combined in small amount with vinpocetine… gives a very sexual type enlightened serene mind effect :p)<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
CDP Choline increases dopamine levels (I didn’t like CDP Choline and neither did I like <st1:City><st1:place>St. John’s</st1:place></st1:City> Wort - bad side-effects 4 me).<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
GABA supplements increase GABA separately. (Neutral 4 me)<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
You don’t need to take each and every supplement but you can experiment with a few and see how you respond to them separately or to a mix of them. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Bacopa Monierra (natural <st1:stockticker>SSRI</st1:stockticker>) is another memory improving, sex & libido boosting and mind boosting/ balancing herb.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Ginkgo a well known mind booster and for me it prolongs the ejaculation time to 30 – 45 mins or even more... sometimes:laugh:. Good part is that it never causes dependency and you can also perform sexually very well without it, its just gives you an edge for those days you are stressed or drained.
My 22 year old girlfriend likes me to eat ginkgo often… I wonder why  ? She calls teenager boys “young dumb full of cum” and says that they are good but one can’t ask a boy to do a man’s job! Specially a well seasoned man…Hahahaaa. Ok I should get over myself now. Ginkgo is also suppose to repair <st1:stockticker>DNA</st1:stockticker> like Cat’s Claw does. Plus it destroys the marker of aging in humans called beta-amyloid.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Colostrum is another energy/mind booster and very few people know what this amazing supplement can do for you in the lecture hall and also in Bed!<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Green Vibrance is also a good overall immune enhancing, anti aging powder form supplement. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Gotu Kola is another spectacular unrivalled anti-aging herb. It brings a balancing effect when mixed with all strong herbs like ginseng, ginkgo, Rhodiola etc.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Rhodiola – Well this is the magic bullet and snake oil combined but for <st1:stockticker>REAL</st1:stockticker>J. It’s a well studied, very powerful herb and its benefits are many and quite solid. You can find info all over the internet. I haven’t taken it on its own (without gotu kola) as with gotu kola it exerts a very balancing effect.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
People have unique brain chemistries and that’s why I had to find by trial and error which one or which mix of herbs and nutrients suited me and gave me the additional edge. I recommend that always start with very small dose(s) and work your way up IF required. This way you will avoid the side effects (if any) of these potent herbs and gain more control over your experience as well. Hope I made you laugh and provided some good information for your mind. <o:p></o:p>

Ginkgo....schminkgo!! I find that after seven pints of Kronenburg, followed by a large doner kebab with extra chips and curry sauce, I am complete sexual dynamite.......honestly!
Throw Barry White and a quick squirt of 'Pagan Man' after-shave into the mix and kaboom!! ;)

I guess its a matter of personal choices and preferrences that spawn from our model of the world and the quality of viable information that we have. For some people saturated or trans-fat plus the brain cells and liver damaging alcohol does the trick! For others shminkgo or ginkgo reigns supreme. Enjoy it ... whatever works  4 u my dear, Happy Hunting;)

I find that With seven pints of anything I can walk through walls, jump over tall fences in a single bound, drive like a formula one champ and as you say "sexual dynamite" Of course the police and my girlfriend don't agree (unless they are drunk as well)

Are you sure about this? Colostrum is the first milk that a mammal produces. It's full of carbohydrates and antibodies. In humans, it appears as the yellowish "foremilk" that women notice. It's extremely healthful for newborns, but I have never, ever come across info that it's available as a supplement. I've done a lot of research/reading on breastfeeding and I've never seen this as a supplement.
There is, however, an article in Scientific American this month about banking breastmilk. That's not really news, but what was news to me was that some of the recipients of donated breastmilk are indeed adults. If I recall correctly, they were adults with severe illnesses who could make good use of all the many, many properties of colostrum (ie, antibodies, growth hormones and enzymes).
If you have more info on this, I'd be very interested in reading about it. I'm an ardent breastfeeding advocate.

No...honestly. A shedful of premium lager is often followed by at least three minutes of Kaboom! before I slip into a deep coma.
Well?? That's quite good, isn't it? ;)
