50 mg

I found the Natrol brand of 5-HTP at Wal-Mart. The problem though is that it only comes in 50 mg doses. I usually take 100 mg at a time. Would you just take two of these at one time; 50 mg does nothing for me?

When I took 5htp, I took two 50mg tablets in the morning and then in the afternoon. There should not be any problem in taking two 50mg tablets. The only downside about having 50mg tablets is that it's not as cheap as getting 100mg tablets.

I take up to 300 mg per day. So I would need to take a total of 6 pills throughout the day I guess.
