Hi
I have now taken sjw 1 tabl. 300 mg/day for over a month, and it really works for me., However I could do with at little more energy.
Before I started on sjw I had bought something called OmniVital (danish product) :
1,ooo mg astragalus, 1,000 russian root, 500 mg schisandra, 300 mg RR.
you should take 1 tablet/day... I have taken 1 this morning..
have any of you tried something like that together with sjw ? and how did it work for you ?..
