HI, I'm trying to get a hold on my social anxiety and I decided to try a combo of RR&kava capsules.
The jarrow formula looks to be the most potent but I was confused by a warning that says people with anxiety orders should not take it.
Is there a reason for that a specific brand or is it just to placate the fda?
