hey everyone-

i tried sjw last year for a couple weeks, then again couple weeks ago for a few days, but this time only 2 pills instead of 3. it hurt my eyes too much, i have light blue eyes and the photo sensitivity really got to me. taking less didn't help.

so, i thought i'd try RR. the first couple days sucked, i had just stopped taking sjw and just like other people had said on this board it made me feel kind of high. now, i'm not sure how i feel about it. yesterday i had a really bad day yesterday (really depressed for no reason) and today and i had a really good one. i've only been taking rr for about a week, should i be feeling my depression lifted? if my days continue like today that would be great.

i have horrible problems getting motivated, so i thought rr would be great for me.

i have noticed that i am waking up on my own, before the alarm!! but i think this is because i'm drinking tea with valerian in it before i go to bed. i've never had trouble sleeping, i just bought some bed time tea that happened to have valerian but i think it made my quality of sleep much better. now if i could only get out of bed after i wake up..... hehe.

what time do you all take rr? i take one as soon as i wake up, then another around 1. should i take it later than that?

hey all-

i just bought some 5htp, so i'm going to supplement the rr with that. the rr doesn't seem to be doing much for me. ergh. i might be a tiny bit more productive, but that could just be the change in weather... depression is the same.

any advice is greatly appreciated!!!
