Pregnenolone

Anyone has any experiences trying PREGNENOLONE for anxiety, feelings of panic and depression?

I have tried until now, SJW, HTP-5, SAM-e which didn't suit me. Have to admit I'm feeling quite desperate, doctors suggest me classic antidepressants or even antipsychotics which I really refuse using.
