I have just found this website today & think it is FANTASTIC! I realise that I am not the only one feeling like this! I have post natal depression..well, thats what my health visitor seems to think it is as I had my 4th baby in March this year. I have read alot of posts and have recognisied myself in so many of them. The mood swings, being nasty to my partner, no paitence with my kids etc. Reading all about sjw on here has made me want to try it. I went to my doctors, told him through my tears that I have pnd. He asked if I was suicidal, I said no and then he gave me a prescription for dithi something!! Anyway, I decided NOT to take it as the side effects sounded soooo scary!So, later today, I am off to town to get some sjw & fingers crossed will be feeling better soon :)
