After a few weeks I felt great. I felt the best I have in a long time. But then I got a cold and was not sure if I could take over the counter drugs for it with the SJW. Well I did a cold medicine and within 15 minutes later I was at the hospital with my whole body swollen, a rash that felt like I was on fire and my throat closing up. No one can tell me if this was a reaction to both. I want to start to take SJW again but I can't find anything anywhere, where it states not to take certain over the counter drugs with the SJW. Any ideas where to start

I had it happen to me once with an instant pancake mix, but never again since. If it were me, I'd suffer through the cold...

I'm so sorry that happened to you and hope you are doing much much better now. I don't know if what you experienced was an adverse reaction to the two meds together but I would certainly be leary of taking the combination again. Maybe someone else on the boards can educate us both on this matter. Beanie
