I took 300mg a day.<br><br>week 2, A little better than the first, taking 600mg a day.<br><br>weeks 3-4, feeling quite a bit better, still taking 600mg.<br><br>This week, I have been feeling like crap. Don't know if it's because I drank a little on the weekend, or I'm not taking enough, or what. <br><br>Any suggestions? <br><br><br>thanks<br>george

It's always changing. My only suggestions would be pretty basic. Exercise, Eat a variety of meats-fruits-vegetables, take a multiple vitamin, keep your mind and body active. Moderation in all things, good and evil. Too good can be boring and too bad can be dangerous :) Hang in there, the bad days will turn into good ones, eventually :)<br>James
