Good dosage for rr?

Whats a good dosage for rr and 5thp? Im on sjw and Im going to start taking rr and 5thp as well.

I think when you're on SJW, a good dosage is 50-100mg. By itself though, 5htp can be taken at 300mg per day (recommended, but some take more). You can search other posts or archives to see what others have taken.

I have a question though, are you adding these to SJW because SJW is not working for you? I am starting SJW after taking 5htp for 4 months. The SJW makes me feel more anxious but it's the first two weeks of taking it.
