5-HTP 25mg

Hello, do you know any brand who sells 5-HTP at 25mg capsules? I really would appreciate any website (in Europe) where I can order 5-htp 25mg. It's quite difficult to split up 100mg in 4 pieces...

what about buying 50mg capsules and opening it up (it comes in two halves). then put the 25mg in some water. that'll give you slightly quicker absorption too as the capsule doesn't have to be broken doen first. then push the two halves of the capsule back together again. as long as the capsule doesn't get wet, its quite easy to do.

If you buy 50mg standarized pills, then the 5-HTP has been evenly distributed throughout it.
