My anxiety problems have been flaring up quite a bit lately. Unfortunately, SJW does not help me with that. I've been researching Passion Flower & wondering if taking that would help me. does anyone have any experience with it? TIA.

I am also very prone to anxiety, "wound-tight", as they say. I took EveryWoman from New Chapter several years ago. It contained Passion Flower. I noticed I was much more sociable. I stopped taking EveryWoman only because I gained weight on it (no way!). But I'm considering Passion Flower by itself also. I know that Holy Basil relaxes tension and anxiety but I found it a bit too relaxing. Probably I need to consider occasional use of some products rather than just taking the recommended dose on the bottle (I'm used to doing that because Vitamin C is my mainstay).
It is an ingredient in TranquilNite by New Chapter. I came across this info:
Passion Flower (http://health.howstuffworks.com/passionflower-herbal-remedies.htm)
I notice in reading online that calming nervousness is often mentioned. Also good for muscle twitches, that is a pervasive problem I have,.
