Did anyone notice any change in appetite when taking RR ? I am not clinically overweight (maybe a couple of pounds ;)) but certainly don't want to enhance my appetite ! I did read something on the web about fat burning !? there was very little evidence or documentation to support this. If anyone can advise or give me any links I'd be very appreciative !

Hi there, I don't have any links, but I've been taking RR for about 4 weeks now and my appetite is a lot less than it used to be. I've lost about 4lbs so far. I'm taking 5htp at night and that is supposed to help with reducing appetite too.

RR isn't making my feel hungry at all.

Thanks for that Echelon, that's what I wanted to hear ! I'm also taking 5HTP but at a fairly low dosage, I was convinced that my appetite had decreased somewhat since starting the RR. I haven't weighed myself for over a month, but my clothes are much looser. I think it may be because I have more energy from the RR I don't reach for sweet/starchy snacks to perk me up !

That's cool! That's what should be happening! Try taking Magnesium to help stabilise your blood sugar levels too. Avoid sugary things as much as possible - you can have something sweet after your main meal each day if you like, but not during the day. I find that helps to keep me on the straight and narrow!

The RR gives you lots more energy which will burn off the calories. I even dug the garden the other day thanks to the extra energy!

 I do actually take magnesium too ! I've been interested in maintaining blood sugar levels for a while now. I do avoid sugars other than fruit, and occasional treats of course ! The RR affected me so much at first I had to take it very early in the morning as my mind was still racing so much by night time I couldn't sleep ! however the 5HTP helps with sleep.. weird dreams though ! :spin:

*LOL* yeah the dreams can be weird!

I think that Chromium helps to stabilise blood sugar levels too, but I can't remember exactly, you'd need to do some 'net research :read:
