5-HTP and vitamin B's???

Hi all I'm just about to embark on the 5-HTP journey and was wondering if it's ok to take my daily multi-vitamin tablet (which contains all of the vitamin B's) at the same time as I've read lots of conflicting stories about certain vitamin B's and 5-HTP. Cheers FLOYD :freak4:

My 5htp as Vitamin B6 added to it already. I think that most of them have. There's no clear answer as to whether people should or should not take it with vitb6! I've come across conflicting info. on the net. I shouldn't worry about it if I were you.
