Hi Kelly,

I see that alot of folks here on the forum like the idea of an individual journal. Makes alot of sense too. That way they can keep track of the progress, and hopefully successes.

Wonder if there is a way to incorporate a journal feature into the web site?

I currently have a journal at blogger.com. It's free there too if you want to use it. It's been therapeutic for me.
