Ok, I think I have what I need in order to get started. However, I am feeling pretty good with just taking 5-HTP, B-complex and L-tyrosine. So far this is what I am beginning on:

My 'Morning':
2000 mg L-Tyrosine - SOLGAR
500 mg @ 3% rasovins Rhodiola Root Extract - SOLARAY
500 mg B-complex tablet - Generic
200 mg SAMe - am cycling this off and on - might just cut the dosage to only 100 mg after a week. - Feel-Rite Store Brand

My 'Bedtime':
100 mg 5-HTP - Natrol
3600 mg Omega 3, 6, 9 - Health From the Sun

I know this is a carbon copy of what Artur is following, but I tend to tinker with what is known to 'work'.

As I said I was fine with just taking the 5-HTP at bedtime, and B-complex and Tyrosine when I got up. I am just trying to see what a total package will do for me. If any are interested in reading up on more info for feeding your brain, etc, you can go here

and perhaps delve into the mystic of those that are experimenting with ways to grow smarter and live longer. I am just there to read up on the info that is out there and to see what studies have been done on the things I am taking - to see the cause and effects.

I'll report back on my findings after a few days and then some...
