Just had a browse on the web and found a website called thinkrightnow.com
This is about changing your negative thought patterns into good ones. It can treat anxiety, depression, anger, low self confidence etc. Have a look at it and see what you think? Has anyone tried this or a similar thing? Did it work or not?
I think it sounds quite interesting, not sure if it works for menopausal depression though.
