NO S**T haha. im not even going to read this article. all doctors do all day is sit on their ass and prescribe antibiotics and antidepressants. that have no knowledge of natural cures or supplements. to add more, they get a cut from the company when they prescribe antidepressants. its their money they are worried about.

I'm going to play devils advocate now!
For some of us we have reached the stage of no choice but to switch back to SSRIs. I have 2 kids and what is now very severe depression. I cannot afford to take any more chances having contemplated serious harm to myself.
I respect your opinion as to conventional meds but for some of us we feel we end up having no choice. I would have preferred to stay on the SJW or to have tried something else but I have chosen to go with SSRIs long term for the sake of my own and my childrens health.
Don't knock those of us who feel the need to go with the prescriptions, I know I am not the only one who has found themselves in this situation and I'm sure I wont be the last.

I have been in such a severe position as yourself and sjw wasnt my answer and nor was 5htp.But doc's meds dont cure !.Im sure you know whats best for you and along with the meds I hope you will try nourish your mind nutritionally at the same time.
Almonds are excellant and have very good antidepressive qualities , they nourish the mind and help it gain balance.
Try snacking on almonds through the day but they are meant to be soaked overnight then the skin peeled off in the morning and eaten on an empty stomach , seven are ample for this purpose
