I have only taken half a tablet a day and feel better with such a low dose. I have been slightly anxious and very moody over the past few years. Somehow I think developed through use of party drugs such as Exctascy and Marijuana. I took SJW for a bout 3 days, felt great almost immediately. I stopped for a few days and was depressed a few days later. I again started a couple days later with only a dosage of 1/2 a tablet of 990mcg a day. I dont need much to feel how I think I should feel. BUt I am worried that I will have to rely on this in the future to feel good, anyone use this and successfully come off without problems? DOes anyone know if this is addictive?

By taking sjw or 5htp before and after use, users are cutting recovery time and supposedly serotonin is restored. But since there is a permanent chemical imbalance you may need to take it for the rest of your life.

Thankfully things have improved greatly in life since then (got divorced) and I have only been on once, that is until tonight. A friend said she was feeling down and asked about SJW, so I talked her through this site and, well my point is... I remembered someone called Dupont, who gave me some really sound and knowledgeable advice all that time ago and I thought I would quickly trawl through the backdates and see if by some chance he is still assisting people and low and behold! Keep up the good work fella and hope things are good in your life. Andy
