I feel that it makes me pretty hyper. I feel like I have to get things done really fast. I am not sure how I can just relax and calm down. Although I've always been a pretty hyper person, I wonder what I can do to be more calm and stable. Has anybody else has any experiences relating to this?

And it was consuming me. However, this is why I chose to go on SJW.Are you sure that sjw is giving you this feeling? Once, I started with sjw, I no longer had the feeling to hurriedly get things done. When I visited a psychiatrist,I told him about having the feeling to quickly get things done, and he immediately concluded that I had depression.

I realize that depression might be the cause of a lot of my random instances but do u think its my diet. Should I stay off those carbs? What about smoking cigarettes on occasion to the calm the nerves?

Also, I highly recommend quitting the cigarettes. You may think that they relax you, but it really has the opposite effect. Also, if you drink coffee, you have to give up the caffeine. I know this sounds harsh, but if you want to feel good, that's what it takes.
